Responsibilities
If selected for this exciting opportunity for Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Ontario your duties will include:
- Developing specific plans to prioritize and organize work
- Overseeing operational logistics of the organization
- Planning and organizing warehouse operations
- Coordinating activities with other departments
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice
- Recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Training workers on duties and company policies
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Coordinating and reviewing staff work
- Arranging training for staff
Required Qualifications
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: Will train
- Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification

- Work setting: On-site, no remote option
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Handling heavy loads, requiring attention to detail
