Job Responsibilities
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Share general details about local attractions and points of interest
- Process guest check-outs, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Maintain vacancy records and room assignments
- Follow emergency and safety protocols
- Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, photocopying
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Assist guests with special needs
- Arrange and deliver wake-up calls
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service
